Insurance and Financial Policies - Fees & Insurance
We are happy to assist in filing claims for you, and we take most insurance cards. Please call our office to verify that we work with your carrier. In most cases we are able to estimate insurance benefits at the time of your visit. We are participating providers with MetLife and Guardian dental plans.
We do prefer that you make payment at the time of your visit/service, and we will promptly file your 
claim. Payment will then be made directly to you by your insurance carrier, typically within a few days. We offer a discount for same-day payment.
We are happy to work with you as you may request for major work expense. 
Our business manager will work with you to make these arrangements.
We take credit cards.
