Dear Friends,
I hope this letter finds you well. It is with a mix of gratitude and regret that I announce I
will be retiring from dentistry. It has been an honor to serve the Kennett Square and
greater Chester County community for the past 24 years. I am deeply grateful for the
trust you have placed in me and my team over the years in caring for your oral health.
I have had the privilege of witnessing the incredible growth of our community, and along
the way, many of you have become more than just patients—you’ve become friends. I
will miss the conversations, the smiles, and the relationships we have built together.
I am especially thankful to my dedicated office staff, whose unwavering support has
allowed us to provide the personalized care that we have always strived for. Their hard
work and commitment have been the backbone of our practice, and I could not have done
this without them.
Assuming the reins of the practice will be Dr. Neil DellaCroce and his wife Dr. Mira
DellaCroce. Dr. Neil, a General Dentist, practiced in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania for a
number of years and departed to spend time with family on the West Coast. Dr. Neil
enjoyed his time there yet, was given an opportunity to return to Chester County,
Pennsylvania. Dr. Neil is excited to continue practicing in such a special area. Practice
philosophy, comprehensive care, importance of family and community service were
found to be all common ground.
Dr. Mira Della Croce, DMD, FAGD previously practiced in Chester Springs,
Pennsylvania. Dr. Neil and Dr. Mira Della Croce are excited to join in the well-
established tradition of dental care at such a well-established Chester County facility
I will be present at the office for several months to help in making a smooth transition
and look forward to saying goodbye to many of you personally. I have a great deal of
confidence in the Della Croces’ experience and abilities. I feel good knowing I’m
leaving the practice in very capable hands.
As I begin this new chapter of life, I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to each of you.
Serving you has been one of the greatest joys of my career, and I will carry the memories
of our time together with me always. Wishing you continued health, happiness, and, of
course, bright smiles!
